Purchasing & Payments

1. Credit and Debit Cards
ClubUrban.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Debit cards are also accepted as long as they have a Visa or MasterCard logo. These cards are secure and provide for the fastest order processing. For any of the following cards ( Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Switch/Maestro, Solo) you can use our PayPal checkout option which is quick and easy (you don't need a PayPal account to do this)

PayPal payments are also accepted. Proceed through our online checkout and select PayPal as your payment.

3. Other Forms of Payments
In addition to the above mentioned payment options we will consider other forms of payment such as Western Union, U.S. Money Order, Bank Wire, Money Grams, Cash etc.

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s). For returns, credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

Shipping and Delivery

Most orders ship same day. Packages are only shipped Monday — Friday, excluding Holidays. Please be aware that orders shipped to an address other than the verified billing address may require extra processing time of 1-2 business days for security checks.

These arrival times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as the actual ship date depends on final approval from the credit card company or receipt of payment by ClubUrban.com. If an order is needed urgently and you're unsure of which shipping method to choose, call us at +1-442-274-8028.

SHIPPING OPTIONS AND RATES FOR CONTINENTAL US, ALASKA, HAWAII AND U.S. TERRITORIES AND P.O. BOXES, APO AND FPO

US Shipping: 5-7 Business Days — This is a fast and reliable option for orders delivered to home or business addresses in the continental United States. Delivery times of 5 to 7 business days depending on location including tracking.

US Priority Shipping: Priority 2-3 Business Days — Fast delivery and completely trackable from the time it leaves our warehouse until it arrives at your door.

US Express Shipping: 1-2 Busines day (No PO Boxes) — If you absolutely must have it the next business day, then this is your option. Not available for P.O. box, APO/FPO, U.S. territory addresses.

ECONOMY Shipping (14-30 Days) — This is a slow but guaranteed delivery option for international orders delivered to home or business addresses around the world. Unfortunately this option is not always trackable, however we offer a guaranteed service to all customers. Not available to Argentina or Brazil, see below for Guaranteed option.

Guaranteed Tracking/Insurance Shipping (10-30 Days*) Recommended option if you wish to have Tracking and/or Insurance for your orders.

Priority with Tracking (7-14 Days) — Faster delivery and completely trackable from the time it leaves our warehouse until it arrives at your door.

Express with tracking (3-5 Days) — If you need your order faster, then this is your option fully trackable and insured up to $100.00. Please remember these are business days not counting holidays, customs clearance, etc.

Cluburban.com is not responsible for customs/duties charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office. Club urban cannot determine the cost of these charges in advance. We try to minimize the cost by listing the wholesale value of the goods rather than the retail value

Your order is guaranteed to arrive or your money back.

Lost packages are rare. 99% of our international shipments have no problems. But occasionally, our shipping providers may mishandle a package or deliver it to the wrong address. To correct this, we eliminate your risk. We guarantee your order will be delivered to you, or we will gladly refund your money.

A few qualifications apply:

- You must file a report with ClubUrban.com within 30 days of the date you placed your order.

- If your order is not received within 30 days, we will file a claim on your behalf with the appropriate shipping company, and begin researching the matter.

- Lost packages are rare. 99% of our international shipments have no problems.

- In most cases, undelivered mail does not get lost -- it usually gets re-routed by mistake and will eventually be delivered to you or back to us.

- Solution of your claim may take as long as 5-8 months, since our shipping providers must conduct their own investigations.

- If your package is not delivered, we will track down your shipment and correct the situation, or we'll refund your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Club Urban offers a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days as long as they are unused, unworn, undamaged and in new condition. If you have not received the correct item or the item is defective or damaged, you may return the item in its original condition including all original tags and packaging to us within 30 days.

Please Note: An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number MUST be obtained within 30 days of receiving your goods before returning any item. You can request an RMA from your account dashboard. We must receive your return within 14 days of generating the RMA number. It can take up to 14 days for your return to be processed.

**All orders that are shipped with any "Free Shipping" promotion, are subject to shipping cost if returned. This shipping cost will be deducted from the refund total when return is received.**

Returns or exchanges for items that are no longer wanted, or items that were not shipped in error are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order or our return policy, send us an email at cs@cluburban.com.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM IN 3 EASY STEPS

Step 1: Obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from your account dashboard and create a new return.

- You must create and obtain an RMA before shipping your item. Any returned goods without an RMA number may not be accepted and any refund or exchange may be forgone.

- Click on the "Create New Return" Button and follow instructions to start your RMA process.

Step 2: Package your item(s). Be sure to package your items properly. Any items returned that are not in its original condition will not be accepted. Print out the packing slip from your account dashboard and make sure to add it in the package along with your item(s). This will ensure the correct and quick processing time. Please note: It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the package is posted correctly. Club Urban is not responsible for any goods that are lost, damaged, or stolen while in transit back to us.

Step 3: Ship your item(s) to us. You must pay for the shipping cost to return the item(s). If the item is being returned due to our error, you will be refunded for the original shipping charges incurred once we have received the returned goods and the item is inspected and approved for resale. Once the item has been approved for resale, we will make any necessary changes to the order, issue refund, store credits, exchanges, etc. If you wish to exchange an item for any reason, simply purchase a new one and return the one you don't want. Do not ship your item with a note to exchange it, because the item you want might be sold out or not available by the time we receive it.
